链捕手消息，总部位于英国的 Web3 初创公司 Merge 完成950万美元融资，Octopus Ventures 领投，Hashed、Coinbase Ventures 和 Ethereal Ventures 参投。

据悉，Merge 由 PayPal 前高管 Kebbie Sebastian 于去年年底创立，旨在通过应用程序编程接口 (API) 为 Web3 公司提供对银行、支付、风险管理和合规的访问。
