According to Chain Catcher news, as reported by financefeeds, the private equity firm Web3 Investco AG, based in Zug, Switzerland, announced the acquisition of the cryptocurrency asset trading platform Blocktrade, acquiring 100% voting shares of the company. It is reported that Blocktrade is currently registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in Estonia and Italy.
