ChainCatcher news, FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) clarified on Twitter: "In the acquisition of Voyager assets, FTX's bid is determined by fair market prices, with no discounts. Our goal is not to buy assets at a penny to make a profit, but to pay $1 on the basis of $1, and then return $1 to the customers. If we consider acquiring Celsius's assets, we will also follow this principle."

It is reported that previously BnkToTheFuture founder Simon Dixon stated on Twitter that FTX is raising funds at a valuation of $32 billion to acquire Celsius's assets for a penny. (Source link
