According to Chain Catcher, The Block reported that a U.S. district judge approved a motion allowing regulators to serve subpoenas and complaints through a help chat box with the assistance of a DAO, in addition to posting notices on the affiliated online forum. This is because the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) effectively served a subpoena to Ooki DAO on September 22 by posting it in the Ooki DAO chat box and bulletin board.
