Coinbase expands its business to Australia, with no set launch date for the products

According to Chain Catcher news and reported by Cointelegraph, Coinbase will provide services in Australia. Nana Murugesan, Vice President of International and Business Development at Coinbase, stated that a localized infrastructure will be established first, with the formation of a local entity, Coinbase Australia Pty Ltd, and an application for registration of digital currency exchange services with the country's financial intelligence agency, the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC).

According to Murugesan, Coinbase will offer new services for Australian crypto traders, including "fast payments" with local bank accounts, access to its advanced trading platform, and 24/7 chat support. However, the launch date for the products is still uncertain. (cointelegraph)
