Bakkt will acquire the cryptocurrency trading platform Apex Crypto for $200 million

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, digital asset platform Bakkt Holdings (BKKT) announced that it will acquire the cryptocurrency trading platform Apex Crypto from Apex Fintech Solutions. Bakkt will initially pay $55 million in cash upon completion of the transaction, and will pay up to $145 million in Bakkt stock and preferred notes upon achieving certain financial targets. (CoinDesk)
