Nomad releases cross-chain bridge restart guide and has initiated KYC verification

ChainCatcher message, the cross-chain interoperability protocol Nomad has released a guide for the cross-chain bridge restart. The upgrade of the smart contracts has been completed, and KYC verification has been initiated. Cross-chain and minting NFT functionalities are currently unavailable, but they are expected to be resolved soon.

Nomad stated that there are two main reasons for the protocol upgrade: to fix the vulnerabilities that led to the Nomad cross-chain bridge being hacked, and to allow users to cross-chain madAssets and proportionally receive recovered funds. (source link)
