Celsius plans to recover the $7.7 million in assets that Voyager previously held in Celsius accounts

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, documents filed by Celsius in a court in the Southern District of New York show that U.S. bankruptcy law allows for the recovery of transactions that occurred up to three months before Celsius filed for bankruptcy on July 13. Voyager previously opened a financial account with Celsius and transferred $7.7 million between Celsius accounts during that time, claiming $5.9 million in assets.

Celsius plans to recover this asset and seek restitution from other parties involved in transfers during that time. The court is currently unable to determine whether funds from other types of Celsius accounts now belong to Celsius or its customers. (source link)
