Ethereum has launched withdrawal testing, and the withdrawal feature is expected to go live by the end of the first quarter of next year

ChainCatcher news, Ethereum Weekly founder Evan Van Ness tweeted that the Ethereum withdrawal testnet has recently launched. The withdrawal feature is coming soon, possibly by the end of the first quarter next year. Ethereum Foundation member parithosh commented, "We will soon have a more public testnet for everyone to withdraw."

Previously reported, the Ethereum "Shanghai" upgrade is scheduled for March 2023, which will enable withdrawals of staked ETH from the beacon chain, also known as EIP 4895. (source link)
