CryptoSlate: The total trading volume of NFTs in 2022 was $55.5 billion, a quarter-on-quarter increase of 175%

ChainCatcher news, CryptoSlate released the 2022 NFT-related statistics, showing that the total trading volume of NFTs in 2022 was $55.5 billion, a quarter-on-quarter increase of 175%, and a 390-fold increase compared to 2020.

NFT trading volume peaked in January at $17.4 billion, and after that, except for a month-on-month increase in April, the monthly trading volume has been declining. Additionally, 46% of the total NFT trading volume may have been generated by wash trading, rather than real transactions. (source link)
