SanJian Capital's co-founder once proposed to creditors to convert their claims into equity of the new company
ChainCatcher news, Bloomberg reports that the creditors' meeting minutes of Three Arrows Capital show that co-founders Su Zhu and Kyle Davies offered some creditors the option to convert their claims into equity in a new company.
Su Zhu himself previously filed a claim in the Three Arrows Capital bankruptcy case, and Davies's wife was listed as a creditor. Chris Holland, a partner at Holland & Marie, stated, "We expect that many institutional investors will be reluctant to invest in the new company of the 3AC co-founders until all pending legal and regulatory issues related to 3AC are resolved both in Singapore and abroad."
