ChainCatcher news, Binance processed nearly $346 million in funds for the seized cryptocurrency exchange Bitzlato. From May 2018 until Bitzlato's closure, Binance transferred over 20,000 BTC in approximately 205,000 transactions on Bitzlato, valued at about $345.8 million at the time of the transactions.

It is reported that the U.S. Department of Justice arrested Bitzlato co-founder Anatoly Legkodymov on January 19, charging him with handling $700 million in illegal funds. The U.S. Treasury Department's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network designated Binance as one of the main trading partners in the Bitzlato illegal funds case. (Reuters)
