Aave founder: The V3 upgrade aims to manage risks and will improve the capital efficiency of derivatives like stETH

ChainCatcher news, according to Decrypt, Aave founder and CEO Stani Kulechov stated that the Aave V3 upgrade is entirely aimed at managing risk. New features such as isolation mode will allow the protocol to safely onboard long-tail assets without exposing the entire protocol to risk. The upgrade also introduces a new portal feature that allows users to transfer assets between different markets on different blockchains. Additionally, the upgrade enables Ethereum bulls to double down on liquid staking derivatives like stETH before the Shanghai upgrade. (Decrypt)
