MakerDAO integrates blockchain data provider Chainlink services to maintain DAI stability

ChainCatcher news, MakerDAO has successfully integrated the smart contract automation of blockchain data provider Chainlink into its Keeper system, which helps maintain the stability of the DAI stablecoin.

It is reported that Chainlink Automation will run specific tasks, including price updates, liquidity balancing for the DAI Direct Deposit Module (D3M), and debt ceiling upgrades for assets held as collateral. Nadia Álvarez, a core member of MakerDAO's growth department, stated, "This automation network executes essential tasks to maintain the Maker protocol and will be greatly enhanced through integration with Chainlink's highly reliable automation platform."
