Wormhole attackers transferred $46 million in assets to MakerDAO to obtain 16.6 million DAI

ChainCatcher news, according to PeckShield, the Wormhole attacker transferred $46 million in assets to MakerDAO, including 24,400 wstETH worth $41.4 million and 3,000 rETH worth $5 million, in exchange for 16.6 million DAI tokens.

It is reported that in February 2022, the cross-chain bridge Wormhole was hacked on the Solana network, with stolen assets worth over $326 million. On January 24 of this year, the Wormhole attacker exchanged over $150 million worth of ETH for stETH. (CryptoSlate)
