ChainCatcher message, the Aave community proposal suggests restoring tokens mistakenly sent to smart contract addresses. The proposal states that the Aave ecosystem has upgradable smart contracts, which technically allows for the recovery of such mistakenly sent tokens. The voting will end on March 10.

According to the proposal, the first phase of fund recovery includes users who sent AAVE, LEND, USDT, and UNI to the AAVE token smart contract; users who sent LEND to the LEND smart contract; users who sent LEND to the LendToAaveMigrator smart contract; and users who sent AAVE and stkAAVE to the stkAAVE contract.
