The EVM-compatible XRPL sidechain is now available on the testnet

ChainCatcher news, Ripple's development lab RippleX tweeted yesterday that the EVM-compatible XRPL sidechain is now available on the testnet, bringing various Web3 applications to the XRP Ledger community. The EVM sidechain is directly connected to the network via the XRP Ledger Bridge and supports processing up to 1000 transactions per second. (Source link)
