ChainCatcher news, Lisa Braganca, the former head of the enforcement division of the SEC, stated in an interview with Coindesk that the SEC's view is that Terraform Labs and its founder Do Kwon intentionally marketed their LUNA and terraUSD (UST) stablecoins to U.S. investors. Regardless of whether Do Kwon is in the U.S., if they are reaching out to U.S. investors and obtaining investment funds from the U.S., then U.S. law enforcement has jurisdiction over the case.
