ChainCatcher news, regarding the transfer of 2.694 billion ARB by the Offchain Labs team to 140 EOA addresses along with the Future team and advisors, Arbitrum DAO community member eli responded that these tokens are being transferred to a custodial account at CoinBase, aiming to utilize CoinBase's custodial unlock service.
