Base launches Base Builder Quest and commemorative NFT for smart contract developers

ChainCatcher news, Coinbase's Ethereum Layer 2 network Base has launched Base Builder Quest for smart contract developers, allowing developers to deploy smart contracts on Base to complete tasks and become early Base builders.
