Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives urge SEC Chairman to disclose more details related to the SBF case
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, U.S. House Republicans want to learn more about the SEC's charges against FTX founder SBF. Previously, House Republicans first requested more details regarding the civil charges against SBF from the SEC on February 10, but they stated that they have been obstructed since then.
Republicans have suggested that if the SEC does not disclose information before its chairman Gary Gensler's House hearing next week, they will consider implementing "compulsory procedures," which may involve issuing a subpoena to the agency. (Source link)
