Users must have been active on Sui Discord before February 1, 2023, to fill out the verification form. This form is used to collect basic information from supporters who are eligible to purchase Tokens as part of the Recognition Sale.

The information submitted will be used to verify recipients according to the standards set by the program, and only confirmed recipients will receive an email to register on the trading platform. Additionally, Sui states that filling out this form does not guarantee the allocation of purchase eligibility, and this form is not used for identity verification or KYC on the trading platform.
