According to ChainCatcher, The Block reported that Prabal Banerjee, head of research at Polygon, has left the company and will join the modular blockchain project Avail, which was spun off from Polygon, as a co-founder.

ChainCatcher previously reported that on March 16, Polygon spun off its modular blockchain project Avail into an independent entity, with Polygon co-founder Anurag Arjun leaving Polygon to acquire Avail, and the Avail team will transition to the new entity. Avail is currently running on a testnet, with the mainnet set to launch soon. As part of the spin-off, Avail will create a new nonprofit foundation, Avail Foundation, and will eventually transfer governance to the community. (source link)
