The Ethereum scaling project AltLayer has supported the L3 solution Arbitrum Orbit

ChainCatcher news, the Ethereum scaling project AltLayer's RaaS solution (Rollups-as-a-Service) now supports the L3 blockchain Arbitrum Orbit, allowing users to launch any L3 application bound to Arbitrum in minutes using no-code tools.

It is reported that Arbitrum Orbit enables developers to easily and permissionlessly launch their own Layer 3 blockchains within the Arbitrum ecosystem. (source link)
