The sharded chain Ziliqa mainnet has achieved EVM compatibility

ChainCatcher news, Layer 1 blockchain Ziliqa announced that the mainnet upgrade enabling EVM compatibility has been successfully deployed, and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) is now live on the mainnet. The network is currently able to process transactions normally, and exchanges have also resumed ZIL deposits and withdrawals.

According to the crypto data platform RootData, Ziliqa is a public blockchain with a sharding architecture designed to address scalability limitations present in other blockchains. (Source link)
