The blockchain-based skill verification platform Certif-ID has completed a seed round financing of 1.6 million euros

ChainCatcher news, the blockchain-based platform for international technical professionals in Germany, Certif-ID, has completed a €1.6 million seed funding round, with participation from NRW-Bank and angel investors Andreas Weinberger, Malte Pollmann, Jörg Will, and Michael Bernhörster. The funds will be used to expand its activities in Asia and Europe and further develop its technology platform with the ongoing support of TÜV Rheinland.

It is reported that Certif-ID aims to automate and digitize the recruitment process to verify skills and issue visas for international skilled professionals in the healthcare, engineering, and logistics sectors.
