Franklin Templeton registers Franklin Templeton Blockchain Fund II with the SEC, with a minimum investment of $100,000
ChainCatcher news, according to Blockworks, asset management giant Franklin Templeton has registered the Franklin Templeton Blockchain Fund II with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), designating the tool as a private equity fund under the SEC.
Documents from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission indicate that the fund has set a minimum investment limit of $100,000 for its investors. The open period will not exceed 12 months. (Source link)
