ChainCatcher news, blockchain compliance analysis company Elliptic latest report monitors that its investigation team has traced some of the stolen funds from Atomic Wallet being transferred to the cryptocurrency mixer Sinbad.io, previously used by North Korean hackers Lazarus. Elliptic did not specify how much money was sent to this mixing platform, but pointed out that these illicit funds are undergoing laundering operations.

In the report, Elliptic stated that Sinbad.io is likely a rebranded version of Blender.io, another mixing service heavily used by the North Korean hacking group Lazarus Group for money laundering, and was also the first mixing service sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury. (Source link)
