Layer 3 Xai, focused on video games, will launch on Arbitrum later this year

ChainCatcher news, the gaming-focused Layer 3 Xai is set to launch on Arbitrum later this year, utilizing the Arbitrum Orbit technology stack. It is reported that the Xai Foundation will lead the construction in collaboration with Arbitrum developer Offchain Labs and Web3 game developer Ex Populus. Additionally, Xai plans to bring the existing Ex Populus NFT series into the Arbitrum ecosystem.

It is said that Xai is the first Layer 3 to collaborate directly with Offchain Labs on infrastructure, marketing, and product support. Ex Populus was previously built on Solana and plans to migrate its game franchise to Layer 3 after Xai's launch. (The Block)
