BlackRock resubmits spot Bitcoin ETF application, with market surveillance provided by Coinbase
ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, BlackRock has refiled its spot Bitcoin ETF application with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through Nasdaq, adding new details for its ETF that directly invests in Bitcoin, including market oversight provided by Coinbase.
Previously reported, the SEC stated that the application documents for spot Bitcoin ETFs submitted by asset management firms such as BlackRock and Fidelity Investments were insufficient. (Source link)
