ChainCatcher news, according to Australia's new regulatory guidelines, Bitcoin asset management company Monochrome announced on Friday that it has submitted the latest application for the Monochrome Bitcoin ETF (IBTC) in collaboration with trustee Vasco, aiming to provide regulated exposure for retail investors.

In addition, Monochrome CEO Jeff Yew stated: "What sets us apart from other fund structures is that the Monochrome Bitcoin ETF is authorized under the 'crypto assets' license category, which allows the fund to hold Bitcoin directly at the fund level."

It is reported that Monochrome's partner Vasco obtained a financial license to operate a crypto spot ETF in Australia last year. (Source link)
