However, this week at the WebX conference in Japan, Prime Minister Kishida delivered a speech, showcasing the government's ongoing and enhanced support for Web3, positioning it as a driving force for a new type of capitalism. Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Nishimura discussed the government's renewed commitment to creating a business-friendly environment for the blockchain industry.

She stated that the world should know that Japan is ready to lead in the Web3 space.
