ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, Sam Bankman-Fried's lawyer rebutted the U.S. Department of Justice's motion to remand SBF in a court document, stating that the factual basis for the motion is extremely weak. The document claims that the U.S. Department of Justice hastily concluded SBF's actions, which also counters the government's argument regarding SBF's previous multiple breaches of bond conditions.

Previous news, U.S. prosecutors filed a motion to revoke Sam Bankman-Fried's bail, accusing him of sharing Caroline Ellison's diary with The New York Times, which constitutes witness tampering. Last week, the U.S. Department of Justice was seeking to detain SBF.
