After the SEC accused HEX of being an unregistered security, Uniswap removed the HEX token from its interface
ChainCatcher news, Uniswap removed the HEX token from its interface after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) referred to the HEX token as an unregistered security earlier this week. The HEX token is now listed in the "unsupported" token list on the Uniswap interface, generally indicating that the protocol "infringes trademarks, is proven to be a scam, or is based on other legal considerations."
Although Uniswap has removed the token from its interface, the delisting is only at the front-end level, and HEX can still be traded through decentralized protocols.
