The asset tokenization platform Securitize acquires the crypto asset management solution Onramp Invest

ChainCatcher news, according to The Information, asset tokenization company Securitize has acquired crypto investment startup Onramp Invest, with the acquisition amount undisclosed. It is reported that Securitize has raised over $120 million from supporters including Blockchain Capital, Coinbase Ventures, and funds managed by Morgan Stanley.

According to the crypto data platform RootData, Securitize is a fully digital integrated platform for issuing, managing, and trading digital asset securities; Onramp Invest is a digital, comprehensive crypto asset management solution that helps financial advisors invest in cryptocurrencies.
