Binance collaborates with Tajik authorities and TRM Labs to arrest multiple ISIS members

ChainCatcher news, according to Fortune magazine, Binance's sanctions investigation and compliance team collaborated with the financial monitoring department of the National Bank of Tajikistan and TRM Labs to successfully arrest several members associated with the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), including senior member Shamil Hukumatov.

Binance's Head of Financial Crime Compliance Tigran Gambaryan stated that the investigation involved monitoring Telegram channels of ISIS members and then locating the cryptocurrency wallet addresses used by terrorist leaders to receive donations.
