Bloomberg analyst: The U.S. SEC can file an appeal for a full hearing within 45 days

ChainCatcher news, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart stated on social media that the SEC can file a petition for an en banc hearing within 45 days. This means the case will be heard by all judges on the court (17 judges) instead of just a panel of 3 judges as in the initial ruling.
