ChainCatcher news, according to CoinGape, a U.S. federal judge has approved Binance.US lawyer Andrew Rhys Davies to submit a notice of appearance on behalf of BAM Management US Holdings and BAM Trading Services (Binance.US), allowing him to appear in court as legal counsel in the lawsuit between the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Binance, Binance.US.
