U.S. Congress members: The crypto industry is not "filled with non-compliance."

ChainCatcher News: U.S. Congressman Tom Emmer stated on social media that the SEC has suffered consecutive defeats in the Ripple case and the Grayscale case. He will continue to monitor the outcomes of pending lawsuits, but policymakers should clearly recognize that, despite SEC Chairman Gary Gensler's extensive promotion, the crypto industry is not "rife with non-compliance."
