ChainCatcher news, according to Foresight News, at the Korea Blockchain Week KBW2023, Ed Felten, co-founder and chief scientist of Offchain Labs, delivered a review and outlook on Rollups, stating, "Scaling requires not only faster chains but also more chains. Layer 3 is a key option. Reasons for building Layer 3 include lower costs, faster finality, and quicker protocol evolution through Stylus."
