As part of the acquisition agreement, Ripple compensates Fortress for customer losses

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Ripple has compensated the clients of Fortress, which it acquired, for their losses, and this compensation was part of the acquisition agreement.

The acquisition deal still requires regulatory and due diligence approval, while Ripple stated that it plans to continue investing in Fortress and its FortressPay service, which will utilize Ripple's payment technology.
