CNA Financial, an American insurance company, has excluded NFTs from the coverage of a $20 million trust policy
ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, the seventh largest commercial insurance company in the U.S., CNA Financial, has excluded NFTs from the $20 million policy of the Schwab Strategy Trust.
It is reported that the insurance company attached an exclusion clause in its filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), stating that any loss, damage, claim, event, or litigation related to NFTs is not covered by the policy. However, the document clarifies that "cryptocurrency" is not included in the definition of NFTs.
