ChainCatcher news, court documents show that the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York has requested Judge Kaplan to dismiss a series of questions posed by the defense regarding jurors, claiming that the defense's questions would delay the selection process and bias the jurors against the parties involved.

It is reported that FTX founder SBF will face criminal trial on October 3, and the jury for the case is currently being selected. His legal team submitted a proposed list of 64 questions they wish to ask potential jurors before the trial, including whether they or their family members or acquaintances have ever lost money in cryptocurrency trading, and whether they have experience dealing with individuals with ADHD, among others. The final questions for the jury will be determined by the presiding judge, Lewis A. Kaplan, with input from both the defense and the prosecution.
