Malta plans to amend cryptocurrency regulations to comply with MiCA

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) is seeking public consultation on proposed amendments to the regulatory rules for cryptocurrency companies. The regulatory body is rewriting the rules for exchanges, custodians, and portfolio managers to align with the regulations set forth in the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA).
