Binance France's legal chief: Plans to delist all stablecoins in Europe by June 30 next year
ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the EU's crypto law MiCA will take effect in July next year, establishing a framework for stablecoins within the EU. Binance's legal chief for France, Marina Parthuisot, stated at an online public hearing hosted by the European Banking Authority (EBA) that, given that no projects have been approved yet, there are plans to delist all stablecoins in Europe by June 30 next year.
