Coinbase Chief Legal Officer: Looking forward to working with the bankruptcy court to resolve the issue of Celsius customer digital asset distribution

ChainCatcher news, Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal responded to the "U.S. SEC's opposition to Celsius's plan to distribute digital assets to customers through Coinbase" by stating that Coinbase is proud to partner with Celsius to distribute cryptocurrency to customers and does not understand the SEC's opposition to a publicly traded company taking on this role. Coinbase looks forward to working with the bankruptcy court to resolve this issue and play an important role in compensating Celsius customers.

According to previous news from ChainCatcher, sources said that the U.S. SEC raised objections to Celsius's plan to distribute digital assets to customers through Coinbase.
