ChainCatcher news, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart tweeted that asset management giant Franklin Templeton submitted a 19b-4 filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding its Bitcoin spot ETF application, which includes a supervisory sharing agreement with the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE).
