Both sides stated in a joint statement: They agreed to strengthen communication in the field of digital finance on topics such as the development of central bank digital currencies. Both sides committed to the global implementation of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) standards and agreed to enhance cooperation on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing under multilateral frameworks such as the FATF.
