Avalanche releases Cortina 12

ChainCatcher news, Ava Labs engineering director Patrick O'Grady stated on social media that Avalanche Cortina 12 has been released, with version v1.10.12 being backward compatible with v1.10.0. The upgrade focuses on Chits height voting, dual Alpha support (not enabled), and configurable MerkleDB branching factor.
