The measures propose to encourage the gathering and development of various technology enterprises. A group of enterprises with advanced, innovative, breakthrough, or disruptive technologies in industries such as financial technology, biomedicine, green low-carbon, and new generation information technology, which have a leading role in driving the industry, will be recognized and granted a one-time research and development startup support of 2 million yuan. A group of enterprises with significant technological or market advantages in niche sectors such as blockchain, robotics, chip semiconductors, pharmaceutical outsourcing services (CXO), brain science, metaverse, and new materials, which have already obtained certain equity investments, will be recognized and granted a one-time research and development startup support of 1 million yuan.
